We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of key client projects.

Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.

Project managers are skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that they oversee. They thrive when planning projects and working with project team.


  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers

  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector

  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus 

DTP Executive

Print and Publishing

The DTP Executive position reports to the Project Manager. The DTP Executive is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of activities related to typesetting, design and file preparation. The DTP executive ve will work with supervisors, management, project coordinators and account executives.

This position will work under defined parameters adhering to company procedures and ensuring client expectations and needs are met.


  • Work in depth with the full suite of Adobe applications

  • Typesetting and understanding data merge are critical

  • Preflight supplied files for accuracy, links, fonts, spot colors, dimensions, resolution, etc.

  • Inspects all proofs for accuracy

  • Notifies Project Coordinator for any missing elements and alerts Manager of any issues that effect production

  • Reads and understands job tickets.

  • Ensure quality and color standards are inline with company standards and customer requirements.

  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Collect job data when necessary.

  • Maintains cleanliness and safety in the work area.

Linguistic Tester


Job Description

QA various products in the various language by accurately following testing instructions and test cases
Discover and report defects (bugs) using client specific bug tracking tools
Evaluate text in the context of software, mobile apps and documentation
Be a subject matter expert for linguistic issues in the target language; be able to research and resolve linguistic questions
Adhere to project-specific quality standards, trademarks, style guides and client-preferred checklists and glossaries
Troubleshoot basic problems; be able to communicate effectively and escalate testing issues
Complete assigned tasks in a quality and timely manner

  • Up-to-date awareness of current and common technical language usage in the source language

  • Strong English skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience with MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to navigate networks and websites with different browsers; basic knowledge of PC-hardware (desktop and laptop); basic knowledge of smart phones (iPhone or Android)

  • Be organized and able to work in a fast paced environment

  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience in the Localization/Translation industry
